Winter Swim will meet on Sundays from 4:00 - 5:00 pm at Herndon Community Center 814 Ferndale Ave., Herndon, VA 20170.

This year we are planning to focus on stroke development and endurance.  We will have 5 spots for cubs, and 35 spots for swimmers who are already swimming with the Foxes or previous swim team experience.

Cubs who would like to participate must be able to swim 25 meters, and maintain engagement for an hour of practice.  Cub participation in this program is subject to coach's approval.

Swimmers who would like to participate must be able to swim 4 lengths of the pool.

All swimmers will need to bring a pair of fins.

The program begins on Sunday, September 20th and continues through Sunday, May 23, 2027.
